The concert by Castle Rat at Schlachthof Wiesbaden on June 8, 2025: There are live shows where you take dozens, sometimes hundreds of photos – and in the end, you find it nearly impossible to choose just a few. This was one of them.

Their entire stage aesthetic evokes an early ’80s fantasy world, complete with sword-and-sorcery vibes, mystical drama – and all delivered with a knowing wink.

It’s rare to witness a band that is this visually layered and musically tight at the same time.
