On April 11, 2008, the Boss Martians opened for the legendary Blue Cheer at Harmonie in Bonn. Their set delivered a blast of pure garage rock energy – a high-speed mix of surf, punk, and rock’n’roll attitude.

Photographing the band that night was all about movement, sweat, and sonic swagger. The visuals reflect the urgency of their performance and the unique energy of sharing a stage with true rock history.

A perfect match: the modern urgency of Boss Martians meeting the heavy legacy of Blue Cheer – and I was there to capture it.
